§ 1. General Provisions & Service Provider
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the terms and conditions of using the website https://snapcanvas.app and the purchase and licensing of the SnapCanvas desktop application.

§ 2. Definitions
- Service / Website: The online platform available at https://snapcanvas.app.
- Software / Application: The SnapCanvas desktop software for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Customer / User: Any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity using the Service or purchasing Software licenses.
- Consumer: A natural person entering into a legal transaction not directly related to their commercial or professional activity.
- Lifetime License: A perpetual, non-exclusive software license granting the right to use the specified version of the Software indefinitely.
- License Key: A unique digital alphanumeric code used to activate the Software on authorized machines.
§ 3. Electronic Services Provided via the Website
The Service Provider offers the following electronic services free of charge:
- User Account registration and management;
- Inquiry submission via the Contact Form;
- Access to software download packages and automated application update feed;
- License key dashboard and CSV export capabilities.
Users may terminate their account agreement at any time by deleting their account via the profile settings or by contacting customer support.
§ 4. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Upon payment of the license fee, the Service Provider grants the Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law) license to install and run the Software:
- Activation Limits: Each purchased license key entitles the Customer to activate the Software on 1 device (workstation) at a time. Additional devices require additional keys.
- Updates: Lifetime licenses include all minor and major updates within the purchased product release line.
- Restrictions: The Customer shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or sub-license the Software, except to the extent permitted by mandatory statutory provisions of applicable copyright law.
§ 5. Orders, Prices, and Payment
Software license orders are placed electronically through the Website:
- Prices listed on the website are net prices, subject to applicable value-added tax (VAT) according to the Customer’s country of residence or business registration.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments. Supported payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other regional payment options made available during checkout.
- Following successful payment, a digital invoice is generated and sent to the Customer’s registered email address, and license keys are delivered immediately into the Customer’s dashboard.
§ 6. Delivery of Digital Content & Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Software licenses and license keys constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium:
Statutory Notice for Consumers (Art. 38 pkt 13 Polish Consumer Rights Act / EU Directive 2011/83/EU):
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
However, pursuant to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is lost if the performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal once digital content (license key) is delivered.
Before completing a purchase, the Customer expressly requests immediate delivery of license keys and acknowledges the statutory waiver of withdrawal.
§ 7. Technical Requirements
To use the Service and the Software, the Customer requires:
- A modern web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled;
- A supported desktop operating system: Windows 10/11 (64-bit), macOS 12+ (Intel / Apple Silicon), or modern 64-bit Linux distributions;
- An active Internet connection for license activation and downloading application updates.
§ 8. Complaints and Warranty (Statutory Conformity)
The Service Provider is obliged to deliver digital services and digital content in conformity with the contract.
- Complaints concerning electronic services or software licensing may be submitted through our Contact Form or by email to support@snapcanvas.app.
- The Service Provider shall review and respond to complaints within 14 calendar days from receipt.
§ 9. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the option to utilize out-of-court dispute resolution procedures. Consumers in the European Union may submit complaints through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 10. Final Provisions
Contracts concluded through the Service are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which the Consumer has their habitual residence.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for legitimate legal, technical, or business reasons. Registered users will be notified of material changes with at least 14 days’ advance notice.
